Your Gourmet and Fine Dining Concierge Magazine
When we started the concept for “Dine Out Las Vegas,” we wanted a publication that would cater to the gourmet and fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas, their clientele and the lifestyle they live. The first challenge was determining which establishments would be featured and where to come up with the list. If you ask 100 people in Las Vegas for the name of their favorite gourmet restaurant, most likely no two people will agree and you will get 100 different answers. 
There is one thing however that each of those people will agree on … Las Vegas has some of the best gourmet restaurants and chefs anywhere and they’re scattered all throughout the city, not just along the ‘Strip’. The city that was once known for its inexpensive buffets is now proclaimed as the food and entertainment capital of the world. And while there are still great values to be found, there are restaurants and chefs here that are nothing less than world class. They are who this magazine celebrates.
We’re not stopping with restaurants however. We want to touch the lifestyles of the patrons of these fine establishments … how they spend their leisure time; the cocktails they drink, the cars they drive and the jewelry they wear. 
We’ll include articles on celebrity chefs and their recipes, highlight new and soon to be new restaurant openings, introduce the latest libations and spirits and talk about some old friends that are as much fixtures in the Valley as the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign on the famous Las Vegas Strip.
The publication is circulated twice each year; in April and October. In this manner we hope to be able to capture the wonderful seasonal changes our fine city undergoes and bring you the events and venues best suited to cater to those differences and the various ways you can indulge while here. Locals, tourists and business and convention travelers alike, “Dine Out Las Vegas” is your reference for where to eat, shop and relax in Las Vegas … in style!
